Statement of HE Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) on the 11th Anniversary of the Accession Day of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, on January 4, 2017

Dubai, UAE, January 4, 2017:  Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) would like to congratulate HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, on 11th Anniversary of his Accession Day. During this period, UAE and the Emirate of Dubai have joined the ranks of elite countries, in terms of building a sustainable, knowledge-based and diversified economy. 

The footprint of His Highness is visible across diverse sectors, as the UAE continues to progress under the guidance of the wise leadership towards its Vision 2021 to become one of the best countries in the world.
