MCM 40TH Anniversary

HQ Global Branding & Comm. team is extremely pleased to share recap of MCM’s 40th Anniversary Celebration that took place in Munich last week on November 17th, 2016.

We proudly celebrated MCM’s 40th anniversary back at our hometown with a twofold event; cocktail reception at our Munich flagship store followed by an exclusive dinner at the world famous Munich Residenz, a stunning former royal palace of the Bavarian monarchs.
 
In a fitting homecoming, global style icon and German supermodel Claudia Schiffer attended the glittering cocktail reception at the brand’s flagship.

Following the in-store event, CVO Mrs. Kim invited close friends of the brand that included notable German aristocrats; Countess, Princess and German actor Max von Thun among others to an intimate, glamorous gala dinner.

The beautiful gala event, held inside one of the city’s most dazzling architectural gems, symbolized MCM’s ongoing pride in its German roots, celebrating four successful decades of style and innovation.
