Interactive Intelligence Announces GITEX Debut to Showcase Future of Customer Engagement

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - September 21, 2016 - Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) is exhibiting at GITEX Technology Week at the Dubai World Trade Center from the 16th to the 20th of October 2016. Under the theme ‘Imagine the Future of Customer Engagement’, the company will showcase PureCloud, its cloud-based platform that gives organizations of all sizes powerful customer engagement, communications and collaboration functionality.

MarketsandMarkets has predicted that the Middle East cloud applications market will be worth $2404.5 million by 2020[1], and Shaheen Haque, territory manager for Middle East and Turkey at Interactive Intelligence believes this represents a tremendous opportunity for his organization and the customers it serves.
