Dubai Industrial Park Opens 70 Warehouses and Storage Spaces for Lease

Value-added services, special offers extended to small and medium enterprises

Dubai, UAE, August 9, 2016:  Dubai Industrial Park, the dedicated industrial hub within Dubai Wholesale City, is opening up 70 state-of-the-art pre-built storage and light industrial unit warehouses for lease to meet the dynamic needs of the region’s thriving manufacturing and logistics sector.

The high-quality ready-to-use warehouses and storage spaces are available for short-term and long-term lease. Ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft, the warehouses are designed for cold, chemical and general storage, as well as for light industrial use. 

Spanning an area of over seven million square feet in Dubai Industrial Park, the warehouses project features warehouses with a provision for offices, retail showrooms equipped with attached storage to allow retailers increased storage and open yards with asphalt floorings.
