SANAD Capital Names Thinkwell as ‘Lead Consultant' for its AUD400 Million Project

Hot off the back of the announcement made last week by SANAD Capital Pty Ltd. (SANAD Capital) about its AUD400 million ‘active lifestyle' development, the company has today named the Los Angeles based Thinkwell Group (Thinkwell) as the lead consultant on its Sunshine Coast project.

The yet to be named master ‘active lifestyle' development on the Sunshine Coast will now set the world alight with Thinkwell's input.

“Having visited the site and after a series of intensive meetings with SANAD Capital's senior management, we are very proud to announce that we are a part of this once in a lifetime project and are very happy to add it to our list of world class destination projects,” said Joe Zenas, CEO of Thinkwell.

Thinkwell is a multi-award winning entertainment, experience design and production company, responsible for the creation of some of the world's most renowned destinations. The company will master plan and design what is set to be the region's first of its kind project.

As disclosed last week, the project will consist of a world's first ‘Wave Reservoir', a world class water park, extreme water sports facilities, a prestigious action sports training and development centre as well as a four star hotel, an exhibition and conference centre, cafes, restaurants, international and local retail outlets.
