Manga Sushi introduces three new entrants on the menu this Ramadan

Dubai, UAE, June 16, 2016:Popular Sushi restaurant, Manga Sushi has introduced three new dishes on their menu to welcome the Holy month of Ramadan. Inspired by all things Japanese, Manga Sushi combines food, Manga comics and the Anime culture to bring about an authentic fun Japanese experience. 

The Salmon Teriyaki is a tantalizing combination of freshly grilled Salmon with a delicately flavored teriyaki sauce and balsamic vinegar. 

The classic Philadelphia roll is a cheese eaters delight as it combines soft cream cheese with the fresh flavours of cucumber and avocado along with a smoked salmon wrapping and is garnished with caviar. 

A flavoursome Crispy Hama roll completes the trio of new dishes. With the main ingredient being the carefully selected yellow tail fish finely chopped and mixed with volcano sauce avocado, spring onion and cucumber. 

Commenting on the new additions, Chef Gyan, Sous Chef at Manga Sushi,said, “We are excited to bring three new dishes to our already extensive menu. Our customers crave fresh and unique flavours from us and we want to give it to them. The Salmon Teriyaki is a delight for those looking for a bit of tang in their everyday fish fix. The wonderful flavours of teriyaki and balsamic combine to create a beautiful tangy explosion in the mouth. Our Philadelphia roll is a subtle choice with soft cream cheese and refreshing cucumber and creamy avocado. The amalgamation of cucumber and avocado rolled into smoked salmon with cheese is an appetizing flavour and great on the palette. The Crispy Hama roll with a mix of the yellow tail, avocado, spring onion and cucumber in our special spicyvolcano sauce will delight those who like it a little spicy.”

To facilitate the customers during Ramadan, Manga Sushi has special timings throughout the month. The Jumeirah branch of Manga Sushi will be open for business from 7pm until 12pm during weekdays and 7pm until 2am during weekends. 

The Dubai Mall branch will also have special mall timings. From 16th of June until the last day of Ramadan, the restaurant will be open from 7pm to 2am on all days.
