Also, we are intensifying efforts to develop a fully efficient and reliable legal and regulatory system that will continue to uphold the rule of law and legitimacy and to lay a solid foundation that reflects the goals and objectives set in Dubai Plan 2021--making Dubai as the home of creative and innovative members that are full of pride and happiness.”
“Since it was established, the UAE has placed great attention in the efforts on developing its citizens as individuals who are responsible for its community and who are qualified to leave a positive impact in the continuous development process. In line with this, the ‘National Charter for Happiness & Positivity’ is the country's strongest push to achieving the happiness of its citizens, expatriates and visitors and the wellbeing of the community as a whole.
