Professional MMA Fighter Rafat Shawe launches new kickboxing classes in Dubai this March

Dubai, UAE, February 29, 2016:  Kickboxing is a combat sport that combines the punching techniques of boxing with the kicking techniques of karate.  Started in the 1970s from the original karate kids Joe Lewis and Chuck Norris, kickboxing has fast become one of the world’s most exciting sports. Not only is it a great way to get fit, but it also instils confidence, self-esteem and helps with agility too.

This March sees Rafat launch his new kickboxing classes every Sunday and Tuesday, 6.30pm at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana on SZR in Dubai.   Classes cost AED 75 and are open to members and non-members.
