Get The Skinny on Spring's Slim Watches from Michael Kors

Dubai, UAE, February 13, 2016: Just in time for the season of new beginnings, Michael Kors introduces five sleek, slim-profile watches certain to kick-start spring style. The new timepieces—Jaryn, Kempton, Hartman, Kinley and the Slim Runway—share a clean, minimalist sensibility that illustrates how less can be so much more.
The Jaryn, available exclusively at Michael Kors stores and michaelkors.com through April 2016, is a study in refinement. The stainless steel case body is wafer-thin. The round, sunray face features unadorned indices as hour markers. Bands range from Saffiano leather in pretty shades of pale to croc-embossed leather in luggage and black. Another chic option: a metal bracelet in gold-tone, rose gold-tone or silver-tone.
The Kempton boasts a circle-within-a-square design that highlights the watch’s modern mix of clear acetate and stainless steel. Bands include metal mesh, smooth leather and patent leather. Color and texture are used to dramatic effect, as in a silver-tone stainless steel dial surrounded by clear acetate and finished with a band of white patent leather.
The Kinley is the epitome of minimalism, with an ultra-slim silhouette, marker-less mirrored face and tonal, steel-mesh band. The Hartman, by contrast, offers a more classic approach to understatement, with stylized roman numerals on a clean face and a matching metal bracelet. Hartman is also available with a delicate-looking, embossed leather band.
Finally, there’s the Slim Runway, a streamlined take on Michael Kors’ renowned boy-meets-girl Runway watch. The three styles—gold-tone with a turquoise mother-of-pearl dial, rose gold-tone with a blue mother-of-pearl dial, and gold-tone/rose gold-tone with a rose sunray dial, all with the iconic three-link metal bracelet—are the perfect distillation of spring’s sunlit sensibility.
The Spring 2016 watch collection will be available in stores and online from February, 2016.
