Copacabana Mood at the New Fogueira Lounge, Ramada Plaza JBR

3 February 2016 – Dubai, UAE:  Nestled in the heart of JBR ‘The Walk’, Ramada Plaza JBR adds the new ‘Fogueira Lounge’ to its array of popular restaurants. This whole new space on the 35th floor, adjoining Dubai’s first Brazilian Churrascaria - Fogueira Restaurant, is a contemporary rooftop lounge with views of Jumeirah Beach and the Palm Jumeirah.  Fogueira Lounge aims to provide customers with high-quality food with its new à la carte menu of authentic Brazilian petiscos tapas, including seafood options and signature cocktails where guests can enjoy the Copacabana mood and unwind under the starlit sky.

Accompanying long-standing favourites on the menu is a selection of seafood and traditional Brazilian dishes and petiscos (Portuguese for appetizers) alongside authentic Cachaça cocktails from Brazil. Seafood lovers can indulge in exotic varieties such as Peixe assado em folha de bananeira, which is deboned grilled fish wrapped in banana leave served with cassava (South American potatoes) and vinaigrette relish or Camarão com Abóbora e Coco – Pumpkin and Coconut Prawns and for serious meat lovers, there is an option of Escondidinho de carne seca (Brazilian pulled dry beef topped with mashed cassava and melted cheese) or Escondidinho de frango, the chicken alternative.
