Product Placement – DermoViva Sun Care Range
Last Update: Thursday, January 14, 2016 : 17:43 (+4GMT)
Dubai, UAE – January 14, 2016: Sunscreens are highly recommended by dermatologists for everyone, including women, men and children, before stepping out during the daytime whether the sky is sunny or overcast. The active ingredients in sunscreens prevent the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation from reaching the skin by reflecting them. There are two types of UV rays – sunburn-causing UVA and the more powerful UVB, which results in sagging and wrinkling skin and premature ageing as well as increases the risk of skin cancer. Sunscreens are gaining popularity in the Middle East because of the growing awareness about the harmful effects of solar radiation on the skin.
To address the growing demand for sunscreens made from natural ingredients in the Middle East, Dermoviva has launched its new Sun Care Range. The new range comprises DermoViva Hydration Sun Lotion with SPF 35, DermoViva Radiance Sun Lotion with SPF 50, and DermoViva Soothing after Sun Lotion. Dermatologically tested in Germany, the sun care products are paraben-free, non-greasy, non-sticky and do not leave a white residue on the body.
Enriched with almond, honey and wheat germ, DermoViva Hydration Sun Lotion offers SPF-35 protection against UVA and UVB radiation, while DermoViva Radiance Sun Lotion is fortified with raspberry, mulberry and saffron and offers a SPF-50 protection against broad-spectrum rays. DermoViva Soothing after Sun Lotion is formulated with cucumber, green tea and avocado to help in cooling and soothing skin after prolonged exposure to the sun.
All products come in a premium packaging and are available in all leading outlets throughout the region. DermoViva Hydration Sun Lotion with SPF 35 is available in 200 ml bottles for AED 20, while DermoViva Radiance Sun Lotion with SPF 50 comes in 200 ml bottles for AED 25 and DermoViva Soothing after Sun Lotion can be purchased for AED 15 for a 200 ml bottle.
