With over 20 years experience and deep knowledge of this traditional cuisine, Saray Sultan’s chefs have curated an extensive menu to pay homage to varied tastes of Turkey. Enjoy the all-time favourites include hatay-grilled meats, kabaps, aromatic pilafs garnished with aubergines, chickpeas or beans. Relish Saray Sultan’s signature dish of roasted chicken covered in salt shell marinated and cooked for over 3 hours and Guvec selection cooked in a traditional clay pot, in true Turkish Style.  Devour the highly recommended borek with savoury fillings layered with unmatched delicacies to perfection whether fried, baked, boiled or cooked on a griddle. Try the well marinated doner kebap or Iskander kebap deliciously served with slices of pickle on thin lavas bread or finely minced kofte mixed with spices and onions cooked in a variations to suit every taste bud served with a basket of freshly baked breads. For desserts, indulge in the finest of Turkish sweets; the fresh out of oven platter of sugar syrup walnut or pistachio flavoured baklavas, lokma, the dessert of the sultans, Kunefe topped with pistachios, aşure, a pudding mixture of fruits and nuts believed to be the oldest dessert in the world, Turkish helva or kaymak ice cream.
