United Arab Emirates, 14 October 2015 – Kerlink, a French company recognized as a global expert in network infrastructure equipment for the Internet of Things will showcase its expertise at the 2015 GITEX trade fair on October 18 to 22 in Dubai.
In the growing market of inter-machine communications, for over ten years Kerlink has been developing a full range of products and services for implementing machine-to-machine networks and the Internet of Things.
"Our teams continuously strive to offer innovative solutions to meet the key needs of network managers: to better manage (optimize and make operations profitable) and maintain (guarantee the maintenance and operating conditions) of their remote equipment", stated William Gouesbet, Chairman of Kerlink.
At GITEX, this company will present the Long Range IoT Station, a station aimed at IoT connectivity service operators wanting to operate their own network and/or offer a public Internet of Things network.
The station integrates Long Range "LoRa"™ technology allowing for a bidirectional connection between the remote equipment and the station through wireless technology. Installed on a high point (BTS, water tower, etc.), it can establish communications with several thousand smart devices (sensors, counters or connected objects) located several kilometers away.
The LoRa IoT Station, coupled with Kerlink's RAN (Radio Access Network) service, provides increased service quality of the IoT network in terms of responsiveness, scalability and upgradability.
Kerlink will be presenting at GITEX in the France section in hall 4 of the World Trade Center in Dubai.
