CONJECT project control software appointed on $1bn Abu Dhabi Reem Mall project

Dubai, UAE – 5 October, 2015 - CONJECT, a leading supplier of cloud software for the whole life management of built assets, today announces that its conjectPC application has been selected to support the delivery of the prestigious Reem Mall project in Abu Dhabi.
The US$ 1bn project is being developed by the National Real Estate Company (NREC) in partnership with United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC). The developers will utilise the integrated document and commercial management capabilities of conjectPC to improve collaboration, efficiency and supply chain performance throughout construction.
Stuart Ingram, Director of Development for the Reem Mall project, said: “Reem Mall is one of the largest projects ever undertaken by the partners and such we must make sure that we have the right technology in place to support us in delivering this. The ConjectPC system combines integrated document and commercial management capabilities that we require with a user-friendly platform. We look forward to utilising this new asset in our project delivery.”

Located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, Reem Mall will deliver 2 million sq ft of retail, leisure, and dining and entertainment choices with some 450 stores including 85 food and beverage outlets. The project is expected to start construction in 2015 and open in 2018.
