MOH Gets Smart Government Ready With Nexthink

IT Analytics solution provides government entity accurate data to make quick business decisions and provide world-class healthcare services to over 9 million residents

Dubai, UAE – 31st August, 2015: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai launched the Smart Government initiative to eTransform the Dubai Government administrative services. In line with that vision, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has been at the forefront of adopting advanced technologies such as the Smart Patient Portal and e-Services to ensure the continuity of healthcare services to patients and healthcare providers.  

With a highly complex IT infrastructure comprised of 10,000 end-users (employees) in over 40 sites (administrative facilities, hospitals, clinics and prime medical centers) throughout the UAE; the MOH today announced that it has selected Nexthink to manage their IT infrastructure more efficiently and meet their strategic directives set by His Highness.
