All you have to do is either log onto upgradetohtc.com and answer a few simple questions about the smartphone that you currently own, or visit a participating store so that it can be graded. If you agree to the offer, simply visit a participating store to complete the transaction by settling the balance and walking away with your very own HTC One M9 or HTC One M9+.
