Bukumal rises to the challenge with Sage CRM

Bahrain-based company is latest GCC retail giant to invest in AED17bn CRM Industry

The company successfully installed Sage CRM with the help of Fakhroo Information Technology Services W.L.L after noting the need for automated sales processes for its customer relationship projects.

Sage’s strong market share in CRM solutions comes as the GCC’s enterprise IT spending is expected to exceed AED 17 billion in 2015, according to the latest estimates by the International Data Corporation (that’s an 80% increase in enterprise solutions usage within the past two years).
