Nasdaq Tower in New York Congratulates Noor Bank on Debut Sukuk

Dubai-UAE: 1 July, 2015 – Mr. Hussain Al Qemzi, CEO, Noor Bank, yesterday rang Nasdaq Dubai’s market-opening bell to celebrate the listing of Noor Bank’s debut US$500 million Sukuk. The listing has been acknowledged with a prominent congratulatory message displayed on Nasdaq Tower in New York.
Noor Bank, a leading Shari’a compliant bank in the United Arab Emirates, became one of the lowest priced FI Sukuk issuers to be listed on Nasdaq Dubai. The issue received a strong response and was oversubscribed 4.3 times.
