ESC Organises India it Show (Indiasoft)

TARGETS TO TAP HUGE MIDDLE EAST MARKET

As in previous years, the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) will be organizing the INDIA IT SHOW  in its series of its annual INDIASOFT –  the 16th edition (IT event), during 10th & 11th March, 2016  at Mumbai, India.  Being the only event of its kind in India, INDIASOFT- INDIA IT SHOW is sponsored by Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, informed Mr Kamal Vachani, Regional Director of ESC for the Middle East.

This year there will be around 150 Indian IT companies displaying a world of innovations in various verticals of IT including Software Development, Software products Embedded Systems,   Information Security,  Web & Mobile Marketing, Cloud Computing,   IoT/ M2M, etc.  added Mr Kamal Vachani.

Like in previous years, INDIASOFT- INDIA IT SHOW would sharply focus on the huge MIDDLE EAST IT market. Under the Programme of the Department of Commerce, Government of India, the Council would provide a complimentary air ticket ( one delegate per company)  ( to and fro --- economy class ) to select software companies provided those selected companies meet the following criteria, informed Mr D.K. Sareen, Executive Director, ESC.

The company should not have availed of this facility in earlier INDIASOFT events

The company should be genuine software importers or companies seeking joint ventures / tie-ups and / or outsourcing opportunities with Indian companies.

Mr D.K. Sareen informed that the visiting delegate will only have to make his/her own stay arrangements for which our travel agent can provide assistance.  The details of Indian IT Exhibiting companies is continuously being highlighted on the website for the delegates to keep accessing it  for  arranging business meetings with the participating Indian IT companies.  More details can be accessed from the INDIASOFT 2016 website  <  www.indiasoft.org >.

Mr D.K. Sareen appreciated Mr. Vachani’s efforts in boosting exports to the region and also mentioned Mr Vachani has been instrumental in promoting India’s Software, Hardware and related services to this part of the world since 1999 as he has been holding this post since 1999.

Mr Kamal Vachani said personal interest have been taken by me to promote the exports of Indian software, hardware  and IT related services since the time I took over as regional representative of ESC.   Since my appointment exports have grown  multifold to the Middle East region.
