Brings Limited Edition Burger to Dubai For One Day Only
DUBAI, UAE 25th February 2015: Mark your calendars! Shake Shack® is delighted to announce it will be serving up a limited edition burger on Thursday, February 26th at all Dubai Shake Shack locations to commemorate the 2015 Dubai Food Festival. Shake Shack Culinary Director Mark Rosati is creating a special burger—The Cheddar Shack — for this one-day celebration, and he will be on-hand at The Beach JBR to kick it off.
Since 2007, Mark Rosati has led Shake Shack’s culinary direction. His simple yet sophisticated approach to crafting refined, delicious comfort food has guided Shake Shack’s menu both in the United States and abroad. Mark has gone on to develop permanent menu items and local seasonal specials across all Shacks.
“Dubai is such a vibrant and culturally diverse place. I’m incredibly excited to be back in the city with our team to make a burger that’s inspired by classic Americana flavors and comfort,” says Rosati. “We decided to celebrate the Dubai Food Festival by creating something special just for our Dubai fans at one of my all-time favorite Shacks, The Beach JBR.”
Shake Shack’s limited edition burger, The Cheddar Shack (50 DHS), is a custom-blend Angus beef patty topped with Shack cheddar and American cheese sauce and smothered with double smoked veal bacon. The Cheddar Shack will be sold exclusively for one day, February 26th, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Based in NYC, Mark will be at Shake Shack JBR to make this special burger, and meet with guests. For those who can’t reach this location, we’ve got you covered! The Cheddar Shack will be available for sale at all Dubai Shake Shack locations, while quantities last.
