OMO hosts its first ever carnival in the UAE

Dubai, 8th February, 2014 – OMO hosted its first ever OMO carnival entertaining kids and families last weekend from February 5 – 7 in Zaabeel Park in Dubai. Over 35,000 parents and children attended the three-day event which had several fun-filled activities such as obstacle races, arts and crafts, t-shirt painting and more.  

Kajol Devgan, Bollywood queen and OMO brand ambassador, made an appearance during the carnival on Friday February 6th.  Kajol, who is featured in OMO’s latest campaign, shared her experiences of being a mother at the carnival and how she lets her children to go out, play and explore the world on their own terms. 

OMO, Unilever’s leading fabric cleaning brand, strongly believes that children should feel free to explore and develop as this is how kids learn and express their creativity. This belief was the driving force behind OMO’s carnival, which invited mothers and families in the UAE to be outdoors and play. Families were able to enjoy their time and not to worry about the mess because, with its unique technology, OMO is there to take care of even the toughest stains 100% effectively.

OMO’s brand experts, Kid’s First Medical Center, were also present at the event. OMO will be hosting a similar carnival in Abu Dhabi from 26th – 28th February, 2015 at Zayed Sports City.
