Al Tayer Group donates Dh 5 million to Latifa Hospital for medical equipment.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 11, 2014: The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Al Tayer Group , signed today, an agreement under which Al Tayer Group donated Dh 5,261,405 for the purchase of medical equipment for Latifa Hospital.
The agreement was signed by H.E. Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Director of Al Tayer Group And H.E. Engineer Essa Al Maidoor, Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr Muna Tahlak, CEO of Latifa Hospital and senior officials from both sides.
Al Tayer highlighted the importance of the humanitarian role played by the DHA in serving patients. He said: “We, at Al Tayer Group, are delighted to contribute in serving the community of United Arab Emirates by supporting its humanitarian services such as health, education and social affairs. We do so by strengthening values of compassion, solidarity and cooperation between sons of the community and participating with the Public Sector to support programs of economic and social development.”
Al Maidoor highlighted the importance of this agreement that reflects the cooperation the private and public sector. He said: “ We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Al Tayer group. At the DHA, it is our aim to provide our patients with the best of facilities and high quality medical care. Such contributions help support the Authority’s plans and directly contribute to the betterment of the health sector.”
