Dalma strategically installs 14 bilingual Interactive Directories throughout the mall for better experience

Along with the never-ending efforts towards delivering enhanced customer experience, Dalma Mall - one of the most adored shopping destinations in Mussafah Abu Dhabi, has announced the installation of 14 units of Interactive Directories throughout the mall.

The Interactive Directories, strategically located throughout the mall, are informative and entertaining. All the directories feature a dedicated user-friendly application with latest touch screen technology enabling shoppers to look for a specific brand or outlet in the mall and get directional information

Dalma Mall has installed customized, slick design devices with 55-inches screen that would have a horizontal and vertical lay-out. These devices encompass a robust search functionality that will enable the shoppers to search a store by name or category. It will empower the customers with the ability to search for ATMs, Elevators, Prayer Rooms and Restrooms instantly. These directories will make the shopping experience convenient also for customers who visit for the first time and are unfamiliar with the store placement of Dalma Mall.
