Reinforcing its commitment to the community and the underprivileged sections in the society, Dalma Mall – one of the most popular shopping, retail and entertainment destinations in Mussafah Abu Dhabi, has joined hands with Emirates Red Crescent [ERC] to launch ‘A Time To Share’ donation campaign.
Aimed at lending a helping hand to the deprived sections, ‘A Time To Share’ campaign runs till Eid Al Adha. A number of initiatives will be undertaken concurrently with the campaign within Dalma Mall.
Among these, charity collection boxes will be installed on the Ground Level, near Bin Sina Pharmacy, and on the First Level of the Mall near Marks & Spencer, for customers to drop off clothing and non-perishable goods for the needy.
Dalma Mall will also distribute charity donation bags at its Customer Service Desks on the Ground and First Levels for customers to facilitate the donation drive. Special donations from patrons will also be accepted at the Mall.
Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director at Dalma Mall, said: “As a responsible corporate citizen, we felt the need to reach out to the millions of less fortunate across the region and beyond. ‘A Time To Share’ campaign is a joint initiative with Emirates Red Crescent to lend a helping hand to the deprived sections in the community. We would like to thank our customers, patrons and retail partners in the Mall for their cooperation and support in this initiative.”
