Dubai, UAE; July, 2014: The Dubai Culture & Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), the Emirate’s dedicated Authority for culture, arts, and heritage, extended its support to the Ela Jary Ramadan programme, through a seminar at the Cultural & Scientific Association at Al Mamzar.
A socio-cultural initiative that aims to revive communication and strengthen relationships among neighbours, Ela Jary also aspires to promote peace and social responsibility among community members.
The seminar was held under the theme of the importance of dialogue between neighbours in the community and residential neighbourhood; how this dialogue has transformed over the past; and the current landscape of dialogue between neighbours. The sessions culminated with recommendations and solutions to bridge the gap in communities.
