The Velvet collection is a tribute to feminine charm, an expression of discreet yet genuine luxury enhanced with a dash of flair. The confident elegance of the dazzling Velvet creations vividly conveys the intrinsically passionate nature of the Diva spirit pervading the entire collection.

The Velvet collection owes its special aura partly to the original design. Highly graphic dials split into two levels are offset by slimly-elongated Roman numerals and symbolic attachments that allow the bracelet to flow naturally from the 36 mm case.

The creations of the Velvet collection bring a spirited twist to the established codes of the brand underlined by a sophisticated touch. The round barrel-shaped trompe l’oeil case encapsulates an audacious style with precious touches along the curves signifying its exclusivity.

Behind its inspiring design, its precious materials and the vibrant spirit it radiates, beats a strong mechanical heart. With its commitment to maximizing reliability, Roger Dubuis has fitted this line with a latest-generation calibre, the RD821 mechanical movement with automatic winding. Designed, developed and perfected in-house, it has been produced according to the purest traditions of watchmaking. Comprising of 172 components, it runs at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz) and has a 48-hour power reserve. Like all Roger Dubuis creations, every model in the Velvet collection is stamped with the prestigious Geneva seal of quality – the Poinçon de Genève.
