Al-Futtaim Motors receives three prestigious awards from Toyota Motor Corporation

United Arab Emirates, May 29th, 2014: For the fourth consecutive year, Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributor of Toyota and Lexus in the UAE, was presented with three prestigious awards by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) in recognition of its dedicated marketing and customer service efforts.
At an exclusive ceremony, held at the TMC’s Japan headquarters, Mr. Hisayuki Inoue, Senior Managing Officer of TMC presented Mr. Omar Al Futtaim, Vice Chairman, Al-Futtaim Group, a Diamond Award for Al-Futtaim Motors’ overall marketing activities, a Gold Award for Excellence in Distributor Marketing and an Outstanding Customer Service Award.
The ceremony was also attended by Mr. Len Hunt, President, Al-Futtaim Automotive Group and Mr. Jon Williams, Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Motors, who were congratulated on Al-Futtaim Motors’ continued efforts and commitment to the success of the Toyota and Lexus brands in the highly competitive UAE market.
Commenting on the accolades, Mr. Len Hunt said: “We are truly honored by this recognition from Toyota Motor Corporation for the way we represent these two prestigious automotive brands in the UAE. We are fully committed to our partnership with TMC and are grateful for their longstanding support for Al-Futtaim Motors. Next year will mark our 60th Anniversary representing the Toyota brand in the UAE and we hope to celebrate it with more successes”.
