Get Socially Fit with Woman of Heart Club

Dubai, UAE, May 29th 2014, The Woman of Heart Club presents a unique workshop to Discover, Unwind & Empower in association with Breast Cancer Arabia. The Workshop starts at 9:00am and will run until 2:00pm on Thursday the 5th of June at Shangri La Hotel Dubai.

The Woman of Heart Club aims to offer women events and workshops that are intellectually invigorating and spiritually uplifting with summer around the corner the club is organizing two events for residents of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This event will introduce women to a new age concept, “Social Fitness”. This workshop is based on the teachings of Will Murray and revolves around two central themes: Understanding and Valuing ourselves and relating and Valuing others around us.

The workshop will be conducted by a certified trainer of Social Fitness in this region. The workshop will include refreshments, Yoga, Meditation, Self Confidence Play and the guidelines to being Socially Fit.

According to the Woman of Heart Club, “The whole idea is to know oneself, self awareness is what will lead to self development and this attitude will positively affect all areas of your life.”
