Kangana Ranaut returns this weekend in a brand new avatar across cinemas in the UAE
After her very successful characterization in ‘Queen' as a simple Indian girl who discovers herself after her marriage alliance ends; Kangana Ranaut is returning this week on our screens in a comedy caper titled Revolver Rani.
This time Kangana's character as Alka Singh takes a complete 360 degree turn from her last movie, wherein here she plays a political leader in complete control of herself and her environment raging fear in the hearts of even politically strong men. In their attempt to crush her power, they realise the key lies in quelling her ‘love interest' – an upcoming Bollywood star Rohan Mehra, played by Vir Das.
The movie captures the essence of a gun-toting, tough talking woman who at her deepest core needs love as much as she needs power. A dark comedy; Revolver Rani, directed by Sai Kabir and produced by Tigmanshu Dhulia, has the flavour of a pulp-fiction novel.
Revolver Rani is set to ring in the cash registers this weekend as it opens on April 24th across cinemas in the UAE.
