Hardware+Tools Middle East 2014 To Open In Dubai In June
Last Update: Saturday, April 19, 2014 : 15:59 (+4GMT)
The Middle East continues to be an oasis of comparative high-growth rates with the GCC countries currently in the process of tremendously expanding their commercial and industrial infrastructure as well as witnessing rapid growth in transport and logistics links.
This ongoing construction and industrial activity is driving demand for vast amounts of tools, construction material and machinery and as a result making the GCC countries and the region as a whole, a market of significant interest to international machinery and material manufacturers and suppliers.
Epoc Messe Frankfurt, organiser of Hardware + Tools Middle East 2014, which is the region’s foremost trade and networking event for the hardware, tools, materials and machinery industry, expects this year’s edition of the three-day exhibition to be significantly larger and more representative than previous years.
“The region is becoming increasingly significant on the global stage as an important consumer of construction and building materials, machinery and tools and this is driving considerable international interest in Hardware + Tools Middle East,” said Ahmed Pauwels, CEO of Epoc Messe Frankfurt. “Providing a platform that is unmatched regionally to gain a broad overview of the regional market, the exhibition also functions as a show window for new products and technologies. It also serves as an excellent regional launch pad for international players, given that Hardware+Tools traditionally draws in a broad selection of the region’s buyers and key decision makers,” he added.
Last year’s edition, which attracted 233 hardware, tools and machinery suppliers, was a key event which saw over 450 brands being represented.
The growing interest in the region from international manufacturers will see strong participation from exhibitors from Europe, North America and Asia, especially from China and India, who will be out in strength to win the interest regional buyers with innovative product ranges.
Hardware+Tools Middle East 2014, will be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from June 3rd to 5th. The trade fair will feature four main focus areas, namely: Tools, Machinery, Materials and Hardware.
