Malabar Gold & Diamonds, the leading jewellery retailer expanded it’s presence in Kerala by reopening it’s Thalassery outlet, the jewellery retailer relocated its outlet to more spacious & bigger space. The relocated outlet in AVK Nair Road was inaugurated by  Panakkad Sayyid Hyderali Shihab Thangal in the presence of Mr. MP. Ahamad, Chairman Malabar Group on 12th April 2014 amidst other Directors, personalities from media and well-wishers. 

The group expanded further in Gujarat by opening a new outlet in Ahmedabad. The Ahmedabad outlet located near Panchavathi Circle, CG Road, Ahmedabad is inaugurated by leading Bollywood actor Mr. Anil Kapoor, in the presence of Mr. MP. Ahamad, Chairman Malabar Group, Mr. Asher, Group Executive Director, Malabar gold & Diamonds, on 13th April 2014 amidst other Directors, personalities from media and well-wishers. 

The outlet in Ahmedabad is the 113th outlet of Malabar Gold & Diamonds worldwide and 2nd in Gujarat.

The group also represents the Far East with 1 outlet in Singapore and now they are looking for expansion in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Indonesia. The group is also planning to spread their wings to European markets starting with UK and US.

When it comes to CSR activities, the group is also in the forefront. They set apart 10% of its net profit to the benefit of needy and focus primarily in five priority areas such as health, education, environment, housing and women empowerment.
