Dubai, UAE, 23 March 2014 – Eric Kayser, the famous Parisian café and boulangerie that has been producing gourmet bread since 1996, is delighted to announce the re-launch of its UAE franchise. Leading F&B conglomerate, Think Food Company has taken over the management of the renowned brand, marked by an extensive refurbishment process of the Dubai Mall store and plans for further UAE openings. The refreshed venue is located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall offering both indoor seating and a spacious terrace accommodating 70, inviting diners to explore a variety of freshly baked breads and other French delicacies.
Founder Eric Kayser is a fourth generation French boulanger, coming from a long line of bakers who tirelessly travelled the globe to bring bread into the world of fine dining. Passing on the tradition of French know-how and calling for bread with character and taste, globally renowned Kayser has managed to attract today's luxury diners to relish in an array of delightful recipes, including sour dough, rye and olive bread specialities. All items are prepared from scratch on a daily basis, with a commitment to the finest ingredients and baking techniques.
In addition to signature breads, Eric Kayser offers a number of delectable French-inspired dishes. Start the day with a selection of authentic croissants and pastries, accompanied by freshly ground coffee. During the day, diners can choose from a gourmet array of sandwiches, tartines, and healthy yet innovative salads such as lentille du fermier or quinoa tabbouleh, whilst those looking for a more sustaining option will enjoy the selection of mains including poulet au pistache or filet de saumon papillote. A sweet tooth can be indulged with Eric Kayser's delightful dessert menu including fondant au chocolat, berry berry crepe or pain perdu.

Eric Kayser Dubai Mall serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open daily from 9am to 11pm on weekdays and 9am to 1am on weekends and public holidays.
