Emirates Post Group launches Strategic Plan for 2014-2016

Emirates Post Group has launched its Strategic Plan for 2014-2016, following the approval from the Prime Minister’s Office. The Strategic Plan will be published and circulated among partners and stakeholders during subsequent meetings.
Fawzia Al Watani, Acting CEO of Strategy and Communication, EPG, said that 30% of the stakeholders, including concerned staff, partners and customers, were involved in the preparation of the Strategic Plan of Emirates Post Group for 2014-2016 through surveys and questionnaires.
She said the Strategic Plan for 2014-2016 is focused on customer service and seeks to deliver high quality services by understanding customer needs and using skills of its human resources.
Emirates Post Group has based its Strategic Plan on its vision of taking a leadership role and adopting innovation in the field of postal, logistics and financial services, driven by a strong and sophisticated infrastructure and competent workforce.
Mr. Fahad Al Hosani, Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group, said the Strategic Plan 2014-2016 is inspired by the vision of the country’s wise leaders who are committed to elevate government work to the highest international standards and provide quality services to citizens and residents, in line with the UAE Vision 2021. The plan has been created to enable EPG to deliver services of highest levels of quality and excellence, tuned to the UAE’s vision to be among the best countries in the world in the delivery of public services.
