FrieslandCampina to showcase its world-class expertise at Gulfood

FrieslandCampina Middle East, part of Royal FrieslandCampina – the largest dairy co-operative in the world and famous for its brand ‘Rainbow Milk’, is showcasing its world-class expertise and products at Gulfood 2014 – the world’s largest annual food and hospitality show to be held later this month in Dubai.
The five day exhibition, to be held between February 23 and 27, 2014 at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), will bring together over 4,500 exhibitors, including 120 country pavilions, and is set to reinforce Dubai’s position as the regional hub for hospitality, trade and tourism.
During the exhibition, FrieslandCampina will provide an overview of its entire product range suited to match the lifestyle needs of the region’s customers, including its famed and authentic Cheese variety of the Frico Dutch cheese and the popular Rainbow milk. The Rainbow range includes Evaporated milk, Choco milk, Long Life milk, Sweetened Condensed milk, Coffee Creamer and Milk powder, among others.
The company also aims to further leverage its global reputation and identify potential customers for its cheese, Evaporated, butter and cream businesses with trade partners during Gulfood. Among other activities, FrieslandCampina has scheduled a number of networking meetings with distributors, private label companies, and food service establishments to build its market share in the region.
FrieslandCampina also plans to reinforce the quality and taste of its Frico Dutch Cheese during the exhibition. Naturally ripened and crafted by experienced cheese-makers, the FrieslandCampina Frico Cheese provides the pure goodness and authentic taste of nature at its best. Frico is packed with nutrition and 10kg of fresh milk goes into making of 1kg of frico natural cheese.
In his comments, Maurits Klavert- Managing Director at FrieslandCampina Middle East, said: “Gulfood is an important part of our event calendar and a great opportunity to showcase our world-class products to the regional players.
