Aéropostale Launches Spring 2014 Trends

Specialty retailer of casual apparel for young women and men Aéropostale introduces its spring 2014 fashion trends Influenced by the Mediterranean seaside and nautical prep.

Girls Spring Trends:

Teen Spirit

Layering is key as the 90’s are remixed in this delivery. Proportions for layering cropped silhouettes and longer tunics are a must for outfitting. Ruffle details keep the collection girlie, while studs, zippers, cut-outs, and cargo pockets create an edge. Positive messages and artistic painterly looks combine giving the Aéropostale girl the opportunity to express herself.  Plaid woven shirts worn around the waist, paired with a T-shirt and destroyed boyfriend jeans is the seasons go to look. Mediterranean Seaside

The sea inspires this collection’s color story as clear ocean blues and turquoises wash ashore crisp whites. Bright orange, red, green, pink and yellow add a pop of color to the seaside palette. Prints with a Mediterranean feel mix with embroidery to create newness for the season. South Beach

Hilton Head

With a coastal influence and nautical touches such as Breton stripes sprinkled through the collection this delivery will lend a classic preppy feel to the season.
