Xerox DocuShare Expands Content Management with Mobile, Imaging and Cloud Enhancements

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – January 20th 2014 – Xerox DocuShare® has expanded its enterprise content management offering, providing new and easy ways for employees to access and manage paper and digital content wherever they are.

Xerox ConnectKey® for DocuShare, a one-step scan-to-workflow solution, simplifies the process of incorporating hard copy content into enterprise document flows. Users can easily scan documents directly into a DocuShare collection or Windows folder via a Xerox ConnectKey or Xerox Extensible Interface Platform® enabled multifunction printer (MFP) simply by entering document information at the device. Complete business workflows can also be developed and shared in minutes to an entire team or organization.

DocuShare Mobile further extends and simplifies business process automation – allowing workers to access, search, view, download and share documents stored in DocuShare from their iOS mobile device, significantly improving on-the-go efficiency.
