Inaugural Conares Golf Day held at The Address Montgomerie Dubai

DUBAI- December 05, 2013: Conares, the leading provider of downstream steel products in the region, hosted the inaugural Golf Day for its key private and corporate clients, stakeholders and associates at The Address Montgomerie Golf Club in Dubai.

The inaugural Conares Golf Day, having a high profile presence, coincided with the celebration of Dubai's winning bid to host Expo 2020 and marking the 42nd UAE National Day reflecting the true spirit of the union.

The Golf Day started at 11.30 am with registration, followed by the ‘shotgun start' at 1.00 pm allowing groups to play simultaneously and finish the 18 holes. Senior corporate executives from across the UAE participated in the golfing action to compete for their team and individual honours. Prizes for the winners were distributed at a reception, followed by a dinner party held at 6.30pm.

Mr. Bharat Bhatia- CEO of Conares welcomed the guests and participants to the Golf Day event. Commenting on the inaugural edition of the annual event, he said, “It's a great honour for me and Conares to receive all these guests to join the Conares Golf Day. It makes me very proud to meet up with all my loyal clients, stakeholders and well-wishers. I hope everyone had a great time with the golfing action.
