Downton Abbey returns to OSN First HD exclusively from October 3, 2013

Dubai, UAE; September 30, 2013: The critically-acclaimed Downton Abbey, one of the most widely-watched shows on primetime television, is set to return for its fourth season exclusively on OSN, the region's leading pay-TV network.

Kicking off on October 3, 2013, at the same time as the UK and prior to its US premiere, Downton Abbey is a period drama set in the Yorkshire country estate, following the life the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants.

Having received multiple accolades including a Golden Globe for the Best Miniseries or Television Film and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Miniseries or Movie, the show has also been recognised by Guinness World Records as the most critically-acclaimed English-language series of 2011.

The fourth season portrays Lady Mary Crawley and her efforts to deal with her husband's demise, ending the life of the last heir of Downton.
