Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - August 19th 2013: International music star and one of world's most influential entertainers, JAY Z, will headline the Yasalam After-Race Concert on Friday, November 1st at the du Arena on Yas Island.  FLASH Entertainment, organizers of Yasalam, the largest city-wide entertainment programme run by any F1® host city, in association with Yas Marina Circuit, the host of the 2013 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX, will bring the music superstar to the Middle East for the first time for this once-in-a-lifetime concert.

JAY Z will perform to a capacity crowd of F1® Race fans during the 2013 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX as part of his hugely successful Magna Carter World Tour.  His headlining performance at the Yasalam After-Race Concert will surely be another highlight in two weeks of world class music and entertainment in Abu Dhabi. 

Today's surprise announcement was music to the ears of UAE fans who gathered at a special launch event hoping to secure a ticket to the Friday Yasalam After-Race Concert.  The first 200 lucky fans lined up at the Virgin Megastore at the Mall Of The Emirates in Dubai who were among the first to know about the announcement also received 2 complimentary passes to the After-Race Concert featuring JAY Z.  The first 40 in the queue also won a three-day pass to the 2013 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX– courtesy of Etihad Airways, the title sponsor of the 2013 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX.

Tickets can be bought as part of one-day, two-day and three-day packages giving access to each night's respective After-Race Concert and also the 2013 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX.

Ticket holders for the 2013 FORMULA 1 ETIHAD AIRWAYS ABU DHABI GRAND PRIX will be able to attend up to four concerts as part of the entry ticket privileges – called Y1 Access – which also includes some or all of the following: 2 invitations to the Thursday After-Race Concert, the first 15,000 UAE based customers will receive 2 invitations to the Friday After-Race Concert, a limited number of Golden Circle upgrades, and a 20% discount on selected FLASH events throughout the year.
