Dabur International organises blood donation campaign in collaboration with Dubai Blood Donation Centre

[UAE, August 6, 2013] In line with its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, Dabur International, one of the most trusted and recognized personal and healthcare companies in the world, recently organised a blood donation campaign for its employees, in collaboration with the Dubai Blood Donation Centre at Latifa Hospital in Dubai. More than 35 employees of Dabur donated blood as part of the campaign.    

“As a socially-responsible corporate entity, Dabur International is committed towards various causes that will ultimately benefit the community at large. We thank Dubai Blood Donation Centre for the support extended to us during this blood donation drive, which enabled us to make a small contribution to the hospital's blood donation centre. Given that maintaining adequate stocks in our blood banks is of vital importance since blood has a very limited shelf life, we will be organising similar campaigns regularly,” said Rikka Mehta, Head of Marketing Communications, Dabur International.
