What's Already Live

Bloomberg Intelligence thinks the UAE gaming market could hit $6.6 billion annually once everything is up and running. The GCGRA framework allows one operator per emirate, so theoretically up to seven online gaming licenses could be issued.
The Current Situation for Dubai Visitors
Dubai itself has no licensed gaming options right now. Play 971 isn't live there yet, and no land-based casinos exist within city limits.
