January 31 , 2025 - “The appointment of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Crown Prince of Dubai and His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as Deputy Ruler of Dubai marks a defining moment in Dubai’s modern development journey. Since assuming the role of Crown Prince, H.H.
