DHA holds Honouring Ceremony for its Employees

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, October 23, 2023: As part of the ‘ Proud of You initiative, the Dubai Health Authority celebrated its outstanding and creative employees.
The Dubai Health Authority honoured its exceptional and creative employees, as well as those with long-standing dedication and service. The initiative, ‘Proud of You,’ created by the authority, was implemented to foster a stimulating environment for creativity and achievement among all employees.
The list of honourees at the ceremony held at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library included various categories such as functional and administrative excellence, employees with many years of service showing organisational loyalty, academic achievements to encourage the development of Emirati employees, and their academic advancement in various fields and specialities.
The ceremony also recognised employees with exceptional implemented proposals and those who authored research and studies. In addition, it acknowledged sectors/departments with the highest employee happiness index and honoured outstanding students in the "Medicine and Science" scholarship programme.
At the beginning of the ceremony, His Excellency Awadh Seghayer Al Ketbi, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, expressed the authority's appreciation and pride in the honourees and all its employees. He emphasised that the initiative was launched to provide a positive competitive atmosphere among employees, encourage their dedication, self-development, and professional growth, and promote a sense of responsibility, motivation, and achievement in serving the community.
Al Ketbi stated, "In this ceremony, we have remarkable examples that make us to say, 'We are proud of you.’ He emphasised the importance and value of their role and presence that have helped witness consecutive leaps in the healthcare sector."
