Samsung, EROS Group Inaugurate a Newly-innovated Experience Store in Deira City Centre

Dubai, UAE, 15 December 2022: Samsung Gulf Electronics in partnership with EROS Group, UAE's trusted retailer and distributor for consumer electronics for over 50 years, has opened its renovated Samsung branded store in Deira City Centre in Dubai. The new store design follows the new Samsung global store brands and comes with enhanced support, new displays and leverages latest technologies and innovations to enhanced user experience.

Managed jointly with Samsung Gulf Electronics, the revamped outlet encompasses a brand-new design that starts with spacious shopfront spread over 208 square meters and offers visitors a premium customer service area and new Samsung experience areas.

The new store features a Smart Things section that will demonstrate the capability of Samsung products such as Mobiles Phones, Tablets, Wearable, mobile accessories and TV’s, to work with each other to deliver a “Connected Home”. Other segments include a Samsung Smart Projector section that allows customers to experience the big screen in-store with the Samsung 130" 4K Smart Laser Projector and a dedicated Customer Service section for repairs and diagnostics.
