In line with the UAE’s ambitious on net-zero by 2050, introducing the ‘Ultra – Fold Prefinished Modules’ reflects Al Masaood Bergum’s commitment to create eco-friendly and innovative products, services, and solutions. We believe modular construction systems as one of the practical solutions to design strong, adaptable structures that blend form with function.
From construction villages, workforce accommodations in the Oil & Gas, Defence, and construction sector, Ultra-Fold Prefinished Module is a solution that is versatile to fit any purpose. Engineered to German standards, the module builds robust structures and offers full flexibility in arrangement and positioning as it has quick installation process which takes only 17 minutes to assemble with a minimum five persons.
Created to withstand extreme weather conditions due to thermal insulation, the Ultra - Fold Prefinished Module has an excellent acoustic rating with foldable walls that go up to 12 meters in length adjustable width starting from three meters to 3.6 meters. Unlike conventional cement, the module is made from cement fiber, a mixture of Portland cement, fly ash, water and wood pulp that is bio-degradable and low in emissions to promote sustainable living due to the limited labour requirement for installation on site. Built with advanced technology, the module can be split into five units and bundled together, making it easier to be transported via land, air, or sea.
“One of the main reasons in developing Ultra-Fold Prefinished Modules is the enhancement in speed of construction that can streamline production processes and boost output speed. It also reflects on our commitment to support the UAE’s Industrialization strategy and ‘Make it in the Emirates’ campaign to offer more environmentally friendly options for the future of manufacturing industry in the country,” he added.
A pioneer in end-to-end modular building solutions, Al Masaood Bergum has grown to become one of the key industry players in the country over the years. It has introduced several innovative construction solutions in the UAE and KSA for greener construction practices.
