Expo Centre Sharjah Launches the Second Edition of the ‘HIVE Furniture' Show

 

Sharjah, 13th June 2022:  The second edition of the 'HIVE Furniture' show, the region's first dedicated event focusing on big box retailers and wholesale traders, commenced on Monday at Expo Center Sharjah. This year's edition has more than doubled in size, with over 100 exhibitors representing top international and local companies in the furniture trade and industry.

 

The 'Hive Furniture' Show is set to run till June 16th and will feature the finest, most recent, and highest quality furniture as well as the most creative interiors. The Show provides furniture wholesalers and traders with the latest international aspects and trends in the furniture industry, along with a unique opportunity to communicate with a diverse range of furniture companies from across the world.

 

HE Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, pointed out that hosting the ‘Hive Furniture’ Show is part of the Expo Centre's strategic plans to support the furniture industry, create new investment opportunities in the emirate, meet market demands, and provide a platform for leading international and local furniture companies to forge business relationships and penetrate new markets.

It also seeks to attract numerous specialized and high-quality exhibitions, promote the emirate's economic and commercial sectors, and strengthen one of the UAE's most vital industries.

 

Speaking about the exhibition, Gautam Mulani, Co-Founder of HIVE Furniture Show, noted that "Expo Center Sharjah has become the most prominent destination for the world's largest and most important exhibitions. This fact strengthens our belief that the 'Hive Furniture' Show will prosper and attract more visitors."

He also added that such an event is considered a perfect opportunity for foreign companies to establish new businesses in the UAE’s markets as well as communicate with the leading local and regional furniture companies.

 

The four-day exhibition, organized by OMG Exhibitions and Conferences and hosted by Expo Centre Sharjah, is scheduled to remain open for visitors from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
