The Natural Diamond Council (NDC), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting the natural diamond industry has partnered with leading jewellery brand, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, to enhance aspiration and desire for natural diamonds in the United Arab Emirates.
