Dubai Municipality is all Prepared to receive Eid Al Fitr

Dubai Municipality, 29 April 2022: Dubai Municipality has completed all its preparations to receive Eid Al Fitr and has formulated an integrated plan as part of its keenness to provide the best services to the public during the Eid holidays.
The Municipality has already started cleaning public squares and Eid Musallas preparing them for the influx of worshipers. It has also prepared various fun activities in public parks for Eid holidays.
Dubai Municipality has set up an intensive food control program to ensure its safety for consumption and intensified the process of monitoring Eid sweets factories and shops to ensure their safety. Inspection tours to markets and food outlets continue to be intensified, where restaurants, bakeries, popular kitchens and vegetable and fruit markets in the Waterfront Market and Al Awir are covered.
The Municipality will ensure that all approved food safety requirements are followed and fulfilled by all, given the increase in food consumption during the Eid and the increasing demand by the public in restaurants and markets.
In continuation of its efforts, Dubai Municipality will organize inspection campaigns to ensure food safety in events held in recreational areas and tourist attractions to ensure the safety of visitors and residents of the Emirate of Dubai.
Dubai Parks are also preparing to receive Eid Al Fitr, in various locations such as the Dubai Frame, Dubai Safari Park, Children’s City, and Mamzar Park, with shows and recreational workshops. In the open air, specifically in Mamzar Park, an outdoor cinema will be operated for visitors to the park. Also, visitors will be able to create memories through the photography corner in Creek Park.
Dubai Abattoirs also confirmed their full readiness to receive animal sacrifices during the days of Eid Al Fitr, through a program, a work plan, and full technical and veterinary staff. All the slaughterhouses of the emirate have completed their final preparations to receive this occasion and provide all the necessary supplies and develop slaughter halls with the aim of increasing production capacity and facilitating flexible work in the abattoirs.
In addition to that the Municipality is cooperating with several smart apps for sacrifices, through which it is possible to facilitate the arrival of slaughtered meat to the customer by ordering through these apps.
Dubai Municipality has raised the readiness of the beaches to receive its visitors during the days of Eid Al Fitr as it is expected to witness a large turnout, especially with the advent of the summer and holiday season. The Municipality has confirmed that it has completed its preparations to provide the best services. The recreational destinations on the beaches will be able to accommodate the large numbers of visitors that will flock to the beaches, and to ensure the safety of its work and performance.
