Three60 Communities earns AAMC accreditation from Community Associations Institute

One of the only two companies in the Middle East and outside the United States to secure Accredited Association Management Company designation 

30 August 2020 - Three60 Communities, a subsidiary of Eltizam Asset Management Group and leading provider of quality and innovative community management services in the UAE and Oman, has obtained an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) accreditation, making it one of the only two companies in the Middle East and outside the United States to secure the coveted certification from the prestigious Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Community management companies with AAMC certification are viewed favorably in the marketplace, thanks to CAI’s stringent criteria. To get the accreditation, CAI requires a minimum of three years of experience in providing community association management services, based on client verification; a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designee as the company’s senior manager; and a staff of whom 50 percent of managers who have been in the company for at least two years and hold a professional manager credential, among others.
