Shake Shack’s Newest Limited-Edition Offerings to Debut on Wednesday, January 15
Wednesday - January 15, 2020 - Spice it up with Szechuan! What better way to ring in the Chinese New Year than with Shake Shack’s latest limited-edition menu? The flavorful Szechuan menu is now available across UAE Shacks.
The new menu includes three items, starting off with Szechuan Burger, a cheeseburger topped with chili garlic pickled cucumber, crispy onions, lettuce and Szechuan mayo, a great twist to a classic!
Those who prefer chicken, however, Shake Shack has them covered with Szechuan Chick’n; crispy chicken breast tossed in chili oil, topped with chili garlic pickled cucumber, shredded lettuce and Szechuan mayo. Both burgers are made with a 100% all-natural Angus beef or chicken, free of antibiotics and hormones.
No burger is complete without fries, that is why Shake Shack has introduced Szechuan Cheese Fries, topped with Shack cheese sauce, veal bacon, scallions, chili oil and Szechuan sesame seasoning. A perfect companion to a tasty burger.
“After traveling throughout China and tasting so many incredible dishes, we were blown away by the use of Szechuan peppercorns and knew that we had to find a way to incorporate this unique ingredient into our menu. We took our classic cheeseburger and topped it with crispy onions, house-pickled chili garlic cucumbers and green leaf lettuce, all topped with a spicy Szechuan sauce.
Loaded with fiery chili oil and plenty of Szechuan peppercorns, our limited-time Szechuan offerings deliver a kick of heat and a signature Szechuan tingle that you’re sure to love!” - Jim Frisch, Senior Culinary Manager.
